We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager for one of our client.
As a Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for leading our HR department, developing and implementing HR policies & procedures and partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Lead HR operations, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
– Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
– Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on HR-related issues
– Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
– 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
