SALES EXECUTIVE (REMOTE JOB)
Our client deals in the recruitment of manpower in the Gulf region and seeks to recruit an experienced Sales Executive with the primary role of acquiring new jobs and building strong relationships with relevant clients/stakeholders in the Gulf region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end acquisition of new jobs.
Source potential clients through job boards and social media by checking posts job ads and connecting with potential clients
Perform necessary background checks on potential clients
Partner and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle communication with and between hiring managers
Build and maintain networks of prospective clients
Acquire job descriptions and job profiles
Advise the HR department on the potential business leads and recommend promising clients that need recruitment services
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience as a Sales person or HR
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
Fluency in speaking Arabic is a huge plus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
