Sales Supervisor-Medical Equipment with UAE Experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages and coordinates the activities of the Sales team.
• Implements business sales plan to increase sales and market shares.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual sales forecast
• Should play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to the team.
• Responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the sales forecast set by the company for the financial year.
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques to improve team performance.
• Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related customer support requirements.
• To provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.
SKILLS:
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Medical Equipment and should possess the following attributes:

– Sales Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharma or other related fields
– At least 5-8 years of experience as Sales Engineer of Medical equipment
– Part UAE Work Experience
– Must be in UAE
– Holding a UAE Driving License
