Job Summary
The Division Manager’s job description includes acting
as a liaison between the management and the team; he will be leading the team
to make its quotas, and achieve the pre-determined target, correcting any
the problem that comes up. Assist the sales manager in leading, directing and
motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales
objectives
Job OBJECTIVES
To promote and sell the company’s products in the
different market sectors, conduct market research, study and define the
company’s competitors, and reach the sales targets set by the department
manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø A University degree with an emphasis on sales
or marketing or business and management
Ø English is a must Arabic and French is a plus
Ø Computer Literate
SKILLS:
Ø Excellent selling skills, including closing
ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
Ø Minimum of one or two years of sales
experience.
Ø Excellent communication skills and time
management skills
Ø Strong organization skills.
Ø Leadership
Ø Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
Ø Strong managerial and multi-tasking
Ø Analytical skills and systematic
problem-solving.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Ø May require 4 years of experience in sales.
Ø Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a
team of salespeople.
Responsibilities And Obligations:
Ø In most cases, policies, decisions and other important matters are decided at the higher levels
