Contract Manager (Legal and Negotiation)

1 To participate in important projects, be responsible for the analysis of contract conditions in the early negotiation stage, quantify possible risks, provide constructive legal advice and forward-looking legal solutions, and improve the quality of contracts.

2 To be responsible for the contract management of project implementation, be responsible for coordinating the solution of contract management problems, be responsible for coordinating and handling related matters in the process of contract implementation and execution, including contract changes and claim management, to ensure the realization of project objectives.

3 To refine management and operation to achieve contractual delivery.

4 To be responsible for the legal due diligence of investment and financing projects, transaction structure design, follow-up project negotiation, project withdrawal and other core business process, reveal project legal risks, and put forward corresponding solutions or professional suggestions.

5 To sort out the main risk areas in the daily business development process, and establish and implement legal risk prevention and reaction mechanisms.

Qualifications:

1 Participated in bidding, contract terms and business negotiations for overseas projects. Participated in contract changes on major projects, customer dispute resolution, etc.

2 Had experience in legal due diligence of investment projects is preferred, and had led or participated in no less than three projects in the past, and can independently operate project due diligence.

3 Had 6 years or above in legal positions in the pharmaceutical/Biotech industry and relevant working experience in the investment and M&A team of law firms.

4 Law related majors, bachelor degree or above.
