Private hospital in Jeddah is looking for a Chief Financial Officer with the following requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

1- BA in accounting from a reputable university.

2- Background in health care, medical insurance and pharmaceuticals .

3- CPA Certification.

4- Accounting and Finance Certification.

5- Bi-lingual Arabic/English.

6- At least (6) years’ experience as a CFO.

Skills:

1- Expert in value added Tax (VAT).

2- Expert in regulations of (ZAKAT).

3- Expert in COSO Framework for international control over financial reporting.

4- Awareness of corporate finance.

5- Awareness of assets management & mutual funds.

6- Awareness of debts & equity securities.

7- Awareness in strategic, business plan and IPO.

Responsibilities:

1- Reporting to CEO.

2- Responsible for the whole periodical financial reporting.

3- Setup, review and manage the budgeting.

4- Cash management.

5- Control of all financial transactions & accounting matters.

6- Review of accounts and investigation of variances and setting recovery plan.

7- Conduct risk assessment, planning, and manage the execution of the audit plan.

Must have:

1- Transferable iqama

2- Valid iqama

3- Certificate of Saudi Organization for Accountants.
