Responsibilities:
– Give your feedback of the viewing from the agent to the seller.
– Try to advertisement the properties on the social media for example the website of the properties that we know.
– Taking the appointment and making schedule for the clients with the agents.
– Calling the clients and tell them about the new things in the market and ask them if they are interested of buying anything or selling something they have.
– Negotiate with the buyer to get the good and great deal,
– Take the feedback from the clients and ask them if they have any comment or something they like to add or something we can solve it.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
– +1 years of experience in sales
– Knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process.
– Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
– Excellent in communication skills, selling and negation.
– Presentable.
