Content Management Specialist

In Your Role, You Will
Define the strategy and drive the execution to modernize our Enterprise and Web content management landscape
Focus on all aspects of content lifecycle to drive pragmatic practices regarding information architecture, governance, taxonomy, security and compliance
Content management capabilities include legacy ECM, cloud content collaboration, content automation, knowledge management, information retrieval (enterprise/federated search, SEO/SEM) and archival
Utilize tools, technology and various methodologies to create functional and intuitive solutions for user interfaces of above-mentioned capabilities
Do some hands-on work to develop proof-of-concepts/demos, document requirements, design specifications and solve specific issues
Detail valid system integration, ensure data integrity and operational feasibility
Work with security architects and compliance team members to ensure internal standards are met
Have a grounding and be able to function in waterfall and agile frameworks and participate in all phases of development
Be able to oversee development teams and provide practical guidance
Be available as a trusted advisor and consultant to business and IT stakeholders
Work in collaboration with the Architecture team on the design, development and maintenance of Infrastructure building blocks
Provide technical coaching and advisory to team members, business colleagues and relevant stakeholders
Define service & technology roadmap for strategic planning and annual portfolio cycles
Define requirements for end-to-end services based on standard architectural building blocks
Implement IT projects to assure delivery as per requirements
Define, review and implement designs in line with organization security standards
Implement processes and best practices to drive effectiveness and efficiency
Manage standard service catalogues
Manage suppliers as part of Service Delivery and Projects.
Manage overall roadmap and annual budget planning including TCO and forecast
Deliver to budget targets and at best cost/value ratio
Manage invoice approvals for operational services rendered (resource unit – RU) validation and approval
Manage capacity and License management for consumption, forecasts & renewals while respecting procurement terms
Manage relationship with Business stakeholders and Key users as required
Manage approvals for Changes, patching, improvement plans (Service Improvement Plans)
Validate suppliers’ contract from content & scope perspective
Manage escalations between supplier managed services and other service areas
Review SLA and KM (Mesures clés) and develop governance structure/standards of service delivery based on business, and IT strategies
