Key responsibilities:
– directly manage day-to-day operations and lead the mall management team.
– achieve the best and highest leasing with best variety and selection of tenants.
– maintain proper facility management standards and provide highest quality of service.
– ensure timely collections are made to meet the expenses.
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree
– 3 years managerial experience as well as background in property leasing.
– English and Arabic is must, and Omani National will be preferred.
– General knowledge in mall management and background in aspects such as fitout band maintenance works.
