We are looking for sharp-minded and confident Business Process & Policies Consultant who can add value to our team through their experience, in depth knowledge, and passion for results (Contract Position). Contract Positions (3-6 months)
Previous management consulting background preferred.
4-10 years’ experience in management consulting (with focus on process & policy development and management)
Well versed in enterprise architecture and process documentation
Understanding of frameworks used to develop processes and policies
Deep understanding and experience in developing corporate wide policies
Deep experience in process mapping and re-engineering
Experienced especially in developing processes and policies for support functions
Can take a function and create policies as well as level 1-3 processes and detailed procedures
Well versed in benchmarking processes and policies and working with stakeholders to approve P&P documentation
Well versed in Aris and Visio is preferred
Rolled out organization wide policies & procedures across all departments
Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels
Other Requirements
Highly capable in Microsoft powerpoint and Office suite
Proficient Fluency in English
