Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is strongly preferred ,high school diploma or GED certificate is the minimum requirement
Required:
– Create program using CAD/CAM.
– Review, select and improve cutting tool.
– Review, select and improve machining process, parameter, and technology.
Participate in Lean6Sigma improvement activities .
– Able to create CNC program in CAD/CAM independently.
– Able to prove out new CNC program in production environment.
– Strong knowledge of CNC machine cutting tool, CNC machine technology, and CNC machine process.
– Lead improvement activities with production team.
