Canadian University Dubai is welcoming applications for a full-time professional staff member in the role of Physical Resources Manager.
The Role:
To oversee the custodial operations of the University’s physical facilities and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable university environment conducive for learning; to carry out Administrative tasks required to maintain and operate the premises to the required standards.
Desired Qualifications:
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a strong commitment to customer service quality and efficient facilities management.
A Bachelors degree from a reputable University in Engineering or Facilities Management is required.
Applicants must have a Nebosh HSE qualification.
Holding a PMP professional certificate will be advantageous.
Desired Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role/capacity within an education setting is required.
