Orange City Properties, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to drive the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with the company’s requirements.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.

Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Enhance the employer branding efforts to position Orange City Properties as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.

Collaborate with CEO and hiring teams to optimize recruitment metrics and ensure timely reporting of hiring progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices in the real estate or related industries.

Strong understanding of Dubai’s job market and recruitment trends.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain a diverse candidate pool.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
