Due to our successful development and expansion, we are looking for highly motivated and responsible candidate for the position of Executive Assistant, located in Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external parties, this includes receiving and screening the CEO’s phone calls and visitors, taking messages, and directing calls for resolution.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and prepare for meetings, appointment, conferences.
Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, and flow of information with the company management.
Assist the CEO in developing of PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material for internal and external audiences.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Manage all other administrative work needed paper and electronic for accomplishing deliverables such as filing, copying, and printing of documents.
Qualification required for Job:
University degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational qualification.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field reporting directly to upper management.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 5 years).
The Personality traits required:
Excellent command of English.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including analytical, assertiveness, persistence, decision-making skills, flexibility, highly organized and detail oriented.
Work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals which require multiple periods of intense concentration and multi-tasking.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and achieve diversified workload to keep tight timeline.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Perform a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
Good time management and multitasking skills to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
Resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
