Job description –

Property Listings on Online Marketing Portals (Bayut,PropertyFinder,Dubizzle)
➔ Copy Listing, Description, and Content in relation to proper marketing techniques.

➔ Approval, Editing, Updating of Listings

➔ Refreshing, Updating Ads All CRM related duties.

Making all legal emails in relation to the company-
All Contracts, Form A, others related forms in Real Estate Marketing Research
Manages Phone Calls and Correspondence
➔ CRM leads, Emails Leads Assignment

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes.
Assist Sales Staff in Property Management.
