As a Club Receptionist, you:

Report to the Club Duty Manager.
Answer telephone calls and deal with telephone inquiries or refer them to the relevant member
of the Contractor Personnel.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or staff member.
Answer face-to-face inquiries and provide information when required.
Maintain visiting customers’ records and check customers into the recreation facility.
Keep the reception tidy and provide brochures and other information materials for visitors.
Take payments and carry out basic bookkeeping tasks.
Receive and sort reception-related documents.
Send emails and make telephone calls.
Book rooms and facilities and maintain the associated records.
Organize meeting times/rooms.
Act as the initial contact for customers.

Ability to work under own initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to work with telecommunication systems.
A smart, neat appearance.
