We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our multidisciplinary design firm. As a Senior Architect with extensive architectural expertise, you will play a critical role in the planning and creation of architectural designs that align with industry standards and client specifications. In this role, staying updated with recent design trends and industry advancements through thorough research is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze architectural designs and plans for accuracy and compliance with established standards.
· Ensure all architectural designs adhere to industry standards and comply with relevant government regulations.
· Conduct comprehensive research to explore various construction materials and their applications.
· Supervise and guide Junior Architects, assigning tasks and providing necessary guidance for their development.
· Schedule and lead skill enhancement workshops to promote continuous learning and development within the team.
· Communicate design requirements and specifications effectively to Builders, Electricians, and Technicians involved in the projects.
· Provide regular updates on project status and estimated completion timelines to clients.
· Prepare detailed building models and structural plans to convey design concepts effectively.
· Conduct mockup sessions to fine-tune designs and incorporate client feedback.
· Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with specified budget and timeline.
· Present clear and comprehensive project briefs to clients, addressing their requirements and preferences while considering environmental impacts.
· Create detailed blueprints and make necessary alterations based on client feedback and project requirements.
· Manage project development within specified budgets and timelines, prioritizing efficiency, and quality.
· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience as a Senior Architect, proficient in site supervision work for significant villa development projects.
· Solid understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry in the UAE.
· Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and 3D Studio VIZ.
· Highly creative and detail-oriented individual, committed to delivering high-quality architectural designs.
