Job Title: Senior Solution Architect – Risk and Compliance
Job Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Job Duration: 12 months extendable
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement high-level and detailed system and software architectures that meet business needs.
•Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements, translating them into technical specifications (Developing High Level Design).
•Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks for projects.
•Ensure the seamless integration of various software and hardware components within the architecture.
•Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project success.
•Create and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and design patterns.
•Oversee the quality and performance of solutions, conducting reviews and assessments, as necessary.
•Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
•Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present architectural solutions, and address their concerns.
•Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution architecture.
•Ensure that architectural solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Extensive experience in software and system architecture, with a proven track record of successful projects. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
•Strong technical skills and proficiency in various programming languages, databases, and development tools.
•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
•Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and coaching team members.
•Knowledge of industry-specific standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
•Project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in architecture.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is often a plus.
