Description:
We are seeking a skilled MAKING AND PACKING SUPERVISOR AND/OR OPERATOR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and safe production of detergent and personal care products. The ideal candidate should possess a 5 years strong technical background, hands-on experience with detergent and personal care manufacturing process and can identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, addressing technical challenges promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Oversight:
– Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
2. Team Management:
– Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
3. Quality Assurance:
– Monitor product quality through regular inspections and process audits, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed quality standards.
4. Process Optimization:
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
5. Safety Compliance:
– Enforce and promote a culture of workplace safety, ensuring that all employees follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, a technical education or certification.
• With 5 years proven experience in detergent and personal care Manufacturing field.
• Strong knowledge of making and packing processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
