We are urgently #hiring for a leading Multinational Company engaged in EPC Projects & Engineering Services for their Oman location.
Designation: QC E&I Inspector (Atex/Compex)
Job Description:
* Installation and Inspection of Hazardous Area Instruments as per Zones Classification with Client.
* Inspection of Instrument and Electrical cables, Glanding, Termination as per ATEX Standards and Trained to Technicians for Cable Glanding,
* Inspection of Electric Motors, LCS, Earthing System, Tray and Ladders, Panels, Lighting circuits, Cathodic Protection System.
* Ex-Inspection, Installation of Different Instrument SOV, Limit Switch, Junction Boxes, Pig Signaller, Level, Pressure, Temperature, Flow Transmitters ,Solar Arrays & Panels. Fire and Gas Instruments, HVAC system, Fire & Gas Systems, I/O Panels, Lighting Distribution Panels , UPS Panels.
* Working on GOC/PETRO PCS Completion system for making test Report, Inspection Test Plan, Hazardous Area Reporting and Submitted into System.
* Inspection of Impulse Tubing by conducting High Pressure Test using Nitrogen & check for leakage & Holding pressure. Inspect and witness impulse lines, manifold, Instrument Airline Installed, checking its height, slope, services, etc. in line with the specification.
* Implementation of Quality plan for project, which include Inspection, Testing and proper Documentation and ensure that all works complied with client/contractor issued drawing, applicable standards and specification.
Please Note:
* Immediate Mobilization
* PDO Approval/ Project experience is mandatory.
* Compex Certification in EX 01 – EX 04 is mandatory
* Industry – Oil & Gas
* Qualification & Experience: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in E&I Engineering with knowledge in Ex requirements 7-10 Years exp
