Hiring for QC Assistant for our Kitco Factory based in Sharjah
Job Location : Sharjah, UAE
Gross Salary -2500 AED plus Accommodation
Job Responsibilities:
1. Performs daily quality checks as required to ensure all company, customer and regulatory specifications are met.
2. Maintains documentation to meet safe quality food (SQF) and HACCP standards.
3.Performs product quality checks which include laboratory analysis of in- process and finished product, packaging coding legibility, seal test, CCP verification and others.
4.Monitors pre- op verification and operational sanitation compliance and record information / deviation as necessary.
5.Ensure all paperwork is completed in detailed manner.
6.Inspects incoming raw and packaging materials along with required documentation validated with the set acceptance criteria.
7.Ensures safety rules are followed in the production line.
8.Monitors stock level of factory hygiene consumables.
9.Conducts daily food safety and area-wise hygiene check.
10.Daily monitoring of temperature from temp- controlled storage areas.
11.Weekly monitoring of pest activity within the factory
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or similar
2. With background or basic knowledge in Food safety, HACCP, Halal, basic laboratory analysis of food.
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications
4. HACCP certification(level3 & level 4), food safety certification
