Coordinator Project
– Coordinator, Project is responsible for supporting the Depot team, project and facilities management tasks of the work stream.
– This position will assist in the compliance of all activities pertaining to staff and contractors in relation to completing facility activities across all 5 TBS Depots in line with the scope of services as per all contractual agreements.
– Additionally, this position will ensure the upkeep of all facilities records, contracts, files and other related documents
– Preferably 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities and work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement
– Ideal candidate possesses previous involvement in planning and operating complex events relative in size and nature to a FIFA World Cup™
