Requirements
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the organization. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales activities, coach and train the sales team, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Sales Manager in the construction industry.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi to effectively communicate with employees. Proficiency in Arabic would be an added advantage
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in related field.
Valid QID with NOC and should be able to join immediately.
