Job Description:
– Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures
– Conduct data privacy impact assessments
– Monitor and audit data handling practices
– Respond to data breach incidents and conduct investigations
– Train employees on data protection best practices
– Collaborate with legal and IT teams on privacy matters
– Stay up-to-date with data privacy laws and regulations
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Privacy Law, Information Security)
– Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy or related role
– Strong knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
