Brief description:
Connect Pilates Studio in Dubai is looking for a Studio Manager to join the team in a supportive, collaborative and positive environment. We are a new pilates studio in Dubai Land and specialize in delivering the best pilates experience and health benefit to our clients. We are looking for a self-driven and creative Studio Manager who is ready to manage the clients, team and the studio and develop further within the company.

Main responsibilities:
Staff Management
Manage all front desk staff scheduling for all studios including weekend shifts.
Manage client attendance, update inventory, payment information and announcement boards.
Assist the Company Management in daily business activities and projects.
Train and mentor the staff during the routine activities and any projects ongoing.
Participate in weekly team meetings.
Oversee accounting and relevant reports.
Studio Management
Drive sales, retail and membership, through customer relations at all studios (based on target).
Oversee the overall studio maintenance.
Supervise the studio, its equipment and inform company management in time for planning purchase of new equipment.
Ensure that all merchandise and supplies are replenished, organized and straightened.
Identify opportunities to produce branded equipment and other merchandise items, as well as business conduct.
Client Relations
Answer emails and phone calls in a professional manner while utilizing resourcefulness and business acumen.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Remain calm and empathic to the clients.
Marketing
Actively cooperate with the Marketing and PR team (outsourced).
Lead SMM manager on updating and monitoring the social media accounts and its analytics.
Participate in web development, provide important and relevant information for content to stay in touch with customers.
Plan promotions for holidays.
Understand the market and high & low seasons and take actions in order to respond to demand.
Discover opportunities for the studio to be involved in community events.
Represent the studio and participate in events on and off site.
Other related duties as required by the studio.
