Senior Arch – Interior Modeller Jobs in Saudi Arabia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret and understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences.
Monitor the Design Process from Concept to Execution – to ensure consistency of
Design. Coordination with external consultants for the finalization of
Conceptual drawings,
Schematic drawings,
Design development drawings,
Sanction drawings,
Tender drawings,
GFC drawings
As-built drawings.
Must have Interior Designing Experience
Review the accuracy of drawings, estimates, and completed design reports and
Ensure adherence to Project Specifications and budgets and error free deliverables.
Drive effective relationship management with design consultants/architects/service
consultants (existing and new) to ensure cost-effective and preferential services and
ensure timely provision of inputs to them for design & detailing as per project
requirements.
Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations as applicable.
Finalization of materials and sending to consultants as information and to incorporate in
design drawings.
Coordinating with the technical team to carry out work in accordance to design intent.
Maintain a Log of all Design changes along with their impact on the project in the Design
change Management Log.
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Gulf Experience –Added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various interior design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D visualization tools,
and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under tight deadlines.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Any knowledge in Design Automation is added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Architecture / Interior Design, preferably in a
senior role.
