Manage brands’ websites and social media accounts including copywriting and multimedia content and management of online campaigns through collaboration with internal stakeholders and social media agencies
Accountabilities
Collaborate with Social Media agencies to develop engaging, creative, and innovative social media content.
Manage the social media calendars including supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts and liaising with contracted agencies.
Assist in customer service issues from all brands’ social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments.
Track relevant social media influencers to enhance brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels.
Reporting on the performance of the social media accounts of the brands through liaising with the agencies and can understand how to do it themselves.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of digital marketing activity plans and provide ongoing timely support for social media efforts.
Liaise with the operation team on hosting influencers by providing them proper debriefing and being available on the day to be the host representing the brand.
Efficiently manage campaign execution and reporting on a campaign/project result.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the websites, uploading or editing content where applicable.
Education
Marketing or Communication degree
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Knowledge of digital and online marketing
