Position: Administrator cum Receptionist
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Front Desk responsibility:
•Greeting all visitors
• Management of meeting rooms
• Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
• Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
• Overlooking the housekeeping team to maintain general cleanliness of office
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Admin related responsibilities:
• Maintain & update the daily attendance monitoring
• Performing ad-hoc duties by HR
• Maintain employee records & customer database
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate management projects, meetings and training seminars
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Maintain the general office filing system
• Maintain various sheets
• Will act as GM’s secretary to support him with daily operations
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Min 1-2 years relevant experience in the U.A.E.
• Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.
• Pro-active and highly resourceful * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred.
