As a Client Relations Executive you are tasked to increase the existing customer base for the company and the primary focus is to locate and qualify new prospects and grow existing accounts by generating interest in the company’s services and products.
Functional Accountabilities:
Promote and expand the rental managed scheme business in one of DAMAC’s leading projects in DAMAC Hills.
Meet owners at the time of finalizing their handover process and introduce the rental pool services scheme to increase sales.
Follow company policies and procedures to process and sign relevant documentation.
Support with tele sales when needed.
Handle owner’s concerns and direct them to the concerned department.
Coordinate with different departments such as reservations, operations and finance to meet owner’s expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience and Technical Knowledge:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point.
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate
Arabic Speaker is a plus.
