Role Overview:
As an Accounting & Inventory Coordinator at Damas Kitchens, you will play a pivotal role logistics, accounting, and administration and are keen to make a significant contribution to our sales operations. Role is based in our showroom in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination between engineers, service teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.Diligently follow up with customer payments to ensure timely financial transactions.Manage payables / receivables, invoicing, and supporting tax auditor to ensure accurate VAT submission.Engage with suppliers to monitor and follow up on deliveries, ensuring they meet our standards and timelines.Coordinate with logistics companies for the efficient management of incoming shipments, ensuring a smooth supply chain.Maintain comprehensive records of all administrative duties to support effective management and operational efficiency.Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Preference for candidates already based in Ajman, UAE.1-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, with a strong background in logistics, accounting, and administrative tasks.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Accounting software.Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Tagalog, Urdu, or Hindi
