Job Title: Analyst – Asset Management

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafting electronic lease agreements for new tenants under the agreed terms and conditions
Preparation and issuance of rent and service charge invoices to tenants payable under their lease agreements.
Demanding and collecting rents, service charges, insurance premiums, deposits and other sums payable under any lease
Giving tenants timely advance written notice for all rent reviews and expiring leases and ensuring that rent increases are applied promptly
Immediately advising the management of any non-payment of any part of the monies for recovery
Review and analyze new quotations requested from service providers for a specific service or product
Review newly drafted agreements with service providers
Coordinate with all parties to ensure assets’ financial situation
Maintaining detailed records based on copy documents supplied by the Client or their solicitors including details of each tenancy and copies of all leases
Keeping such books, records and statements as are necessary to give a complete record of all matters related to the managed properties
Maintaining and updating operating files for each asset under management
Producing quarterly reports for each asset under management
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:
· Bachelor degree in a related subject or otherwise extensive industry experience and demonstrated capabilities
· Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
