Position Overview:
As a Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the leasing activities within the shopping mall. Your primary focus will be to attract and secure tenants that align with the mall’s brand and cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our customers. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the retail market, and a passion for creating vibrant and successful commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Acquisition: Identify and engage potential tenants to fill vacant spaces within the mall, ensuring a diverse and appealing tenant mix.
Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, including rental rates, lease duration, and other relevant terms.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions about leasing strategies.
Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in leasing, preferably in a retail or commercial real estate setting.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software
