One of our sister concern company which is in Islamic banking sector is looking for Customer Support Officer who can provide customers’ services support with maximum quality and highest productivity.

Handling inbound and outbound voice/video calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support with service recovery to clients if needed
Follow established customer service guidelines with each customer and presents a professional image of the Bank
Understanding clients’ needs, educating customers about our products and services and offer bank products if appropriate.
Record/capture data and documents in bank systems.
Initiate/handle video calls with clients if required.
Assist in Mailbox/Live Chat to revert to client’s queries via emails/chats
Job Requirements

University/ Diploma graduate.
Bilingual (Arabic/English)
Prior branch banking or call centre experience is a must
Islamic Banking experience is a strong advantage
