What you will do:

Responsible for developing relationships with the client, serving clients in a timely manner, with zero errors to achieve Global link goals and objectives which is company branding and client satisfaction. Deliver account management that serves the client and present Global Link ,being part of a team supporting environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage key client accounts, handling immigration/visa needs for the UAE

· Advise clients on immigration, visa and travel requirements

· Resolve issues and propose solutions to challenges met by the clients

· Provide written guidance and assessment for complex cases

· Ensure that applications are recorded and processed as per company standards

· Use in-house CRM portal to track and manage all client cases and expiry dates

· Maintain professional email/phone communication with clients and global partners

· Be responsible for case management including, invoicing, and follow-up

· Coordinate tasks and workload with the mobile PRO team for outside-of-office operations

· Prepare and file online applications

· Contribute to quarterly and annual work planning and budgeting

· Generate activity reports for clients every quarter for review

· Support social media account generating professional content and followership

· Support the GL of marketing materials

· Contribute to client proposals, give input on strategy and forecasting

· Take the initiative to learn, drive action and complete cases in collaboration with other team members

· Have excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills

· Meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and deal with highly confidential information and are a collaborative team player with a “can do” attitude

· Demonstrated strong skills in composing written information in Microsoft Word and creatively in Microsoft PowerPoint

· Solid service orientation and ready-to-learn attitude

· Deliver daily operations report to direct manager and prepare quarterly clients reports

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as corporate services.
Arabic speaker is an advantage.
Solid experience working with DIFC and DMCC portals.
Immediate joiner is preferred.
Must be team player to assist in achieving the operations team goals.
Experience using Zoho CRM is an advantage.
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Proven track record of strong communication skills
Must have experience dealing with all Freezone & DED authorities in UAE
Must have good experience and full knowledge of visa process in Dmcc /DIfc
