Hiring “ Finance Manager & Administration Manager” for our client in Dubai.

Requirement:
· Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information, status and trends.
· Document financial transactions by entering account information.
· Prepare the balance sheet, the profit and loss, cash flow and other reports as needed.
· Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
· Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
· Coordination with bank relationship manager.
· Preparation of quotations, LPOs and Invoices.
· Handling of petty cash.
· Collection of outstanding invoices / payments.
· Process and review employee payroll and other related benefits.
· Preparation and review of Annual Maintenance, Subscription and Software License Agreements.
· Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
· Lead and manage the Administration department.
· Forecast and track revenues, expenses and profit and other key account metrics
· Assist in renewal of all related insurance, rent, trade license for all the related companies and etc.
· Assist in conducting Annual Audits and ISO certification.
· Forecast, measure and evaluate P/L for each department.
· Understanding of UAE VAT, ESR applicability and Corporate Tax.
· Preparation of VAT, ESR and Corporate Tax return and filling of return on timely basis.
· Set resource allocation and budget for each department
