Job Title: Program Manager– Project Management Office (PMO)
Salary: 40,000 AED.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Objective:
Manages programs and projects of varying complexity across the organization. Ensures project management best practices are followed or directly managed projects & programs. Promotes proper project management culture across the organization
Qualifications and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following majoring in Project Management or equivalent
▪ Must have demonstrable experience in large scale programs with concurrent projects running simultaneously
▪ Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) implementations
▪ Essential Qualification/certifications: Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 are preferred.
▪ Must have Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in end to end program management
▪ Proven proficiency in managing hybrid projects (Agile/Waterfall)
▪ Plan and implement projects. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
