Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation Consultant

Mission: Managing & handling Digital Transformation and Enterprise Architecture Projects.
Detailed Tasks, list of the major tasks or duties to perform:
1. Work on the development of the digital transformation and enterprise architecture deliverables and artifacts (Current State Architecture and Target State Architecture) and support other EA’s and SA’s
2. Study current state and target state to find gaps and fill it with suggested projects.
3. Plans and co-ordinates work with other domain architects that works with EA and non-EA related disciplines to deliver the goals, objectives, and outcomes of the organization.
4. Builds and contributes to the architecture libraries of capabilities, skills, and tech inventory; supporting a plan to close the skills gap. Finds the balance between technical, behavioral, and business and operating model skills.
5. Work closely with other EAs, Solution Architects and Technical Architects
6. Act as digital transformation and EA practice lead – establishing common standards and frameworks, strategy.
7. Promotes the business value of EA as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for technology innovation, which drives our clients top and bottom lines and contributes to Digital Future goals.
8. Executes the plan for the digital transformation enterprise architecture based on business and digital strategy and requirements.
9. Participates and contributes to the EA practice, governance and continuous improvement and ongoing refinement activities.
10. Supports the Head of the practice to build and maintain relationships with other business units and clients, orchestration of the delivery of critical digital projects, contributes to the overall delivery of the digital portfolio.
11. Work on establishing and operating Enterprise Architecture Tools and solutions.
Professional Skills, skills and knowledge required:
§ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related majors.
§ Experience with enterprise architecture, and NORA implementation with minimum of five (5) years in a relevant field
§ Experience with digital transformation strategy, operating models, implementation with minimum of five (5) years in a relevant field.
§ Ability to visualize growth and build high-level models for future analysis and maturing the current architecture.
§ Strong knowledge with Saudi digital transformation Qiyas and other practices.
§ Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks.
§ Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
§ Result-oriented and proven ability for attention to detail and deadlines.
§ Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS projects.
§ Team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members.
§ Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute.
§ Strong decision-making capabilities.
§ Project Management Skills.
§ Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
§ Fluent in English and Arabic.
§ Strong presentation creating and presenting skills.
§ TOGAF Certified.
§ Ability to model work packages or artifacts using ArchiMate and BPMN.
