Training And Quality Manager Job Vacancy In Dubai, UAE
Manage the Training policies and procedures
– Devise a systematic Training Needs Analysis Scheme.
– Develop and conduct training programs, both technical and behavioral, in accordance with the Hotel’s requirements.
– Coordinate with the Department Heads in formulating the Departmental Training Plans.
– Prepare training materials and oversee the housekeeping details of the training sessions.
– Devise a cross-training program to encourage staff to gain knowledge on the other areas of the Hotel.
– Audit the training sessions conducted by the Department Head and provide them with feedback.
– Ensure that all training programs conducted are entered into the Training System and that training records are updated accordingly.
– Conduct Induction Programs and ensure that new staff are made familiar with the rules, regulation and important locations in the Hotel and the Staff Accommodation.
– Ensure that the Staff Handbook is up to date at all times.
– Monitor all operations that affect quality
– Supervise and guide QAD Team.
– Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
– Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
– Review current standards and policies
– Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
– Ensure all legal standards are met
– Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
– Regularly conduct departmental visits to work in partnership with HODs and address quality matters to assist with the effective implementation of process improvement.
– Responsible for HACCP & ISO 9001 Implementation, Timely Recertification, surveillance audit and close out non-conformances ensuring the HACCP & ISO certificate is always valid.
– To have a full working knowledge of all hygiene and occupational health & safety regulations in the UAE, according to Dubai Municipality standards.
– To possess the HACCP certification and other certifications required by the Municipality or by the Management.
To assist in developing departmental trainers, assign training responsibilities and meet with Departmental Trainers monthly.
