Position Title: Agile Coach
 
· Guide and mentor teams in embracing Agile principles and values.
· Provide coaching and support to multiple Scrumyad teams, ensuring understanding and adherence to Agile practices.
· Assess the current state of Agile maturity within the organization and develop strategies to improve it.
· Identify and implement Agile best practices across teams and departments.
· Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to promote Agile understanding and adoption.
· Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Collaborate with leadership to support the Agile transformation journey.
· Assist in resolving conflicts, impediments, and challenges in the Agile process.
· Enable effective collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders.
· Track and measure progress of Agile adoption within the organization.

Reporting
. Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Bank to meet department requirements, policies and standards
. Communicate progress and challenges in Agile adoption to stakeholders and leadership.
. Generate and maintain reports on Agile team performance and progress.
. Ensure that information radiators accurately reflect the status and health of Agile initiatives.
. Provide transparency on Agile maturity and the impact of Agile practices across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
. Bachelor’s degree
. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
. Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) can be advantageous.
.  Profound understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
Experience:
. Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile leadership role.
. Proven track record of guiding multiple teams in successful Agile adoption.
. Experience in conducting Agile training, workshops, and mentoring sessions.

Technical Knowledge areas:
. Very good knowledge of banking systems and applications
. Very good knowledge of the banking operations and requirements
