We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. This role involves supervising the administrative staff, managing various administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervise and manage the administrative staff, delegating responsibilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage agendas, take minutes of meetings, and keep track of occurrences for the operations (OPS) team.
Create, maintain, and update records and databases related to project headcount, budgets, operational deliverables, annual leaves, duty rosters, Material Request Forms (MRFs), and clearances.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs.
Assist in the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business.
Availability to work 6 days a week.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of attention to detail.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
