Position: Human Resources Assistant

About Position: We are looking forward to hire a smart, dynamic, confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individual individual to join our Human Resources department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for attendance management, data entries and HR ERP management.
Oversee all employee e-files and ensure they are maintained and updated in accordance with the Company guidelines and meet the requirements of Internal Audit Department.
Ensure availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with department managers to know of any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions, and developing job descriptions for the new established positions.
Recruitments: Sourcing candidates from portals, candidate calling for interview, coordinating & conducting interview, salary negotiation & job offer release, employment agreement, onboarding documents verification and induction & manpower deployment.
Developing, documenting, and periodically updating HR and administration policies and procedures.
Training need identification and coordination of training and development.
Development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development.
KPI & Smart Goals management.
Performance appraisal management.
Managing tasks related to the personnel communications includes certificates, circulars, memos, warning letters and other formal documents and letters related to the employees.
Analysing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of company’s personnel policies and procedures.
Employee engagement activities.
Employee exit formalities.
Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Professional communication skills in English & Hindi.
Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
Three plus years of management experience in HR.
Highly computer literate and various HR software programs including HRIS / HCM SAP
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
