On behalf of a rapidly growing ecommerce business, we are hiring for a Partnerships

Manager. On behalf of an exciting scale-up undertaking their next stage of international growth, we are seeking a Partnerships Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Staying on top of the ongoing, pending and completed tasks on the business side, including

dependencies on other teams to conclude your own

● Create and maintain daily Click Up tasks for the team

● Assisting technical team with;

○ Communications related to new partnerships and optimizing existing ones

○ Partner communications for relevant data such as getting API documentations, brand

coordination lists, documenting specific guidelines internal and communicating policies etc.

● Assisting technical teams with;

○ Launch preparedness files

○ Reviewing data and communicating issues such as missing commissions, missing targeting

information, irregular or missing data in partner performance, etc.

○ Communicating with demand partners to get answers on general queries related to

merchants, reports etc..

● Work with BI analyst team with;

○ Coordinating placement requests from partners ○ Gauging supply opportunities for new

demand

○ Make recommendation on new brand opportunities for the supply teams based on partner

communications and comparison of commercial terms

● Maintaining communication with our demand partners over Skype, Slack and Email

○ Troubleshooting issues with the team

○ Calls with partner account managers

○ Creating occasional reports such as ad placement, brand list and clawbacks

○ Maintaining liaison with supply and demand partners

● Preparing brief but informative daily recaps for the business team

● Preparing and sending weekly recaps to the partners and the team

● Following up on partner invoices by reviewing daily their balance status

PREFERENCES WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE

● Experience in the Ad Tech space

● Understanding of compliance in the ad tech space

● A working knowledge of Pipedrive CRM

● Familiar with Slack and Project management tools such as Clickup or Trello

● Experience with Google apps

● A strong command of excel/ Google Sheet
