Process & Excellence Executive Job Vacancy In Dubai

To coordinate and support the process excellence of the organization, company’s objectives and expansion initiatives, address queries, design and deliver value to the customer, maintain functional relationships and timely delivery of quality service.

Process Excellence

To coordinate with teams to support and ensure timely and responsive completion of tasks of the operational departments and service delivery outlets.
To review and ensure accuracy, clarity and conformance to standards and maintain, track and report on all pending actions related to issues.
To ensure that all Compliance Department policies and procedures reflect the laws and regulations pertinent to Emirates Post and the products and services offered.
To be results-driven fostered by a collaborative and supportive environment.

Departmental Coordination

To coordinate with the departments and ensure that the organization is fully compliant of the process, procedures and standards.
To assist in scheduling UAT courses within a specified timeframe and coordinate with relevant departments.
To follow-up the evaluation conducted in the departments and review the corrective actions.
To support in preparation of an process improvement plan and follow up on the implementation, in retail section and its outlets.
To coordinate with the department in monitoring the process initiatives and implement stringent systems in place to maintain high standards.

Reports

To track operational gaps and remarks and highlight them in a report on recurring basis.
To generate timely reports and support the team leader to ensure that all internal procedures and systems in use are compliant to local regulatory requirements and process standards.
To follow-up implementation of the development budget for postal operations.
To document and update the SOP and the operational flow chart for retail operations and improve efficiency and process quality.
To work with the operational departments and service providers to prepare and formulate business requirement documents (BRD).

Team Liaison

To abide by the purpose, objective, practice and procedures of the department and possess the knowledge to handle work of complex nature.
To attend the required process related training programs organised by the Training Department and be updated about the International best practices and standards.
To assist the team in designing, establishing & implementing Process compliance across the operating departments of Emirates Post.

Other Tasks

Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or other Senior Management.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration with Process Certifications of International Accreditation.
Experience:

3 to 5 years’ experience in the required field with exposure in Audit, Process Management, Documentation and Reports.
