Retail Business Consultant Jobs in Saudi Arabia

Key Activities:

· Partners with manager, staff, and client end users to gather requirements about process flows, application intent, functions, features, data, input, and output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, and interfaces with other systems.

· Provide functional business process analysis and redesign assistance by partnering with Sales & Operation department and appropriately recommending efficiencies and improvements Collaborate with supervisor to organize workload to support multiple, simultaneous implementations

· Lead implementation activities for standard engagements

· Initiate, execute, and support the customer throughout the implementation process to aid their successful adoption

· Coordinate and complete requirements gathering and configuration activities; such as core data load for projects, tasks, customers, employees, subcontractors, etc.

Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience in ERP systems analysis, ERP Conversion & Migration process
CRM/ERP platform
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, operational accounting, product distribution and fulfillment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or other applicable business processes
ERP implementation and health check activities
