The Sales Administrator / Logistics Coordinator supports the effective and efficient management of the Sales Administration department and support of the sales teams by providing sales administration and logistics support for our international customers in the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

Support the EEB Sales Administration team to Manage the Order To Cash transaction cycle for your customer accounts, ensuring that transactions are processed on a complete, timely, and accurate basis.
Support local document requirements regarding certification, export documents for compliance and letters of credit
Work closely with the commercial and supply chain departments ensuring that transactions are validated and processed on a complete, timely, and accurate basis.
Maximise revenue and customer satisfaction:
Daily sales order allocation process with business management and sales accounts
Daily delivery creation and availability with the internal supply chain department both planning and fulfilment
Track Order progress against current customer targets
Inform Sales about monthly revenue status in the Middle East and Africa region
Work closely with credit control to ensure effective front-end management of the sales/collections areas.
Ensure all processes adhere to current relevant policies and procedures, J Sox, ISO and internal work instructions
Logistics

On a daily basis check all Open orders getting delivered from the warehouse within the set SLA for Outbound.
Report discrepancies against the outbound delivery SLA to EMEAR Logistics team for review and improvement.
Work closely with EEB based Planning and Logistics teams and 3PL to foster continual process improvement
Implement Standard Operations Procedures with customers, including an SLA for dispatch.
Connect and cultivate relationships with customers and Freight Forwarders to move freight
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Previous Sales Administration and Logistics experience in Middle East and Africa
Previous experience in export and related documentation
Good understanding of international business and global supply chain
Good communication skills (written / verbal and face to face)
Good understanding of Order to cash processes and relevant KPI’s
Computer literate MS Office / SAP would be an advantage
Attention to detail and desire to follow issue through to closure
The ability to be logical and proactive
Ability to take ownership of a business process
Team Player
Ability to work under pressure
Good written and spoken English
Written and spoken French language skills (beneficial)
