Finance Manager Job Purpose:
Supervision and handling the company’s financial reports, investment portfolios, and all types of financial analyses. The development of an efficient financial strategy to clarify the company’s financial aspects, while meeting the objective of minimizing costs and maximizing profit.
Strategy formulation, Implementation & Planning
· Plan, organize, and execute financial task and projects of the organization.
· Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
· Provide financial insight and analysis to increase the company’s performance.
Leadership
· Promote organizational effectiveness, manage change, and lead high-performance teams to help the company achieve its goals.
· Coach and mentor individuals to improve their weaker aspects
Budgets and Plans
· Develop and implement plans for budgeting forecasting and reporting.
· Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
Sales Social Responsibilities roles
· Promote social responsibility values to create a socially responsible culture in the company.
Integration with other departments
Ensure, maintain, and monitor the resource requirements and allocation in conjugation with other departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or specialization in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Preferably MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from an internationally recognized business school.
FP&A, investment banking, business administration or management consulting experience.
Minimum Experience:
12 years experience in sales in a successful process company.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
Knowledge of the services/processes undertaken at ESBAAR.
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
