Manage new and existing sellers for growing our business.
Conducts vendor analysis and makes recommendations for initiatives that optimize for business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day business relationships, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs with vendors.
Uses data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
Lead, build, and execute account-level strategies to drive growth for seller’s accounts.
Monitoring and optimizing daily sales for your key accounts.
Ensuring product availability by planning stock allocations with key accounts.
Monitoring and planning traffic driving mechanics to key accounts.
Identifying content improvements to convert traffic.
Working with key accounts managers to improve their ability to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.
Monitoring and working with key accounts to use promotional tools to convert traffic.
Planning and delivering revenue growth for the portfolio.
Working with key accounts to grow the assortment on our websites.
Reviewing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance vs. plan with your key merchants.
Working with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, as well as address merchants’ concerns with regard to operations, cs, and other parties.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or Digital Marketing or related field.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in the Retail or e-commerce sector.
Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of the category, merchandising and sales operations & processes
Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
