Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire a “Sales Executive for Riyadh” who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Sales Executive, he should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. He should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
Analyze sales statistics
Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
Assign sales territories and set sales quotas
Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
REQUIREMENTS:

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing/Administration or a similar discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Certifications in Sales/Product/ Program/ Project Management shall be highly preferred

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 02 years of relevant work experience in an IT company within GCC.
Demonstrated knowledge of leading all aspects of key account management, including sales and service delivery.
Fluency in the English language is a must. Proficiency in Arabic and/or regional languages would be a high
Sales Account Handling
Pre – Sales Activities / Demo / Presentation / Site Survey
Only consider those candidates who have IT products/services/solutions experience
Having the ability to manage projects with a team
Handling Operations related to finance and Supply Chain
Making sure from Lead to receivable manager complete cycle advantage.
Valid KSA Driving License
Immediate joining will be preferred.
