We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Multimedia Designer. In this role, you will assist in conceptualizing, designing, and illustrating all creative solutions for all brands based on briefs submitted from the content team and Senior Multimedia Designer. The Multimedia Designer will deliver high quality creative artwork that is innovative, consistent with brand and IP regulations and delivered on time.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. This role also entails the creative stewardship of the brand and the innovation in creative solutions to reflect the brand’s core values. This includes the development of all creative including photo, video, and layout designs to support in-park/attraction(s) communication and external marketing campaigns.

Your job scope includes:

Create graphics, animations, and illustrations for the graphic design team to develop creatives for internal and external communications.
Assist in making objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion.
Develop creative solutions that are in-line with the theme park/attraction(s) brand value proposition and reflect the brand’s core values.
Have a keen eye for detail to ensure all creative developments are in-line with the brands
Pitch new layout concepts and ideas to the design team
Create drafts of new theme park/attraction(s) new ride and product launch logos
Creative to be developed in-line with the overall brand strategy, the brand guidelines, and IP regulations
Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, activation ideas and digital rich media in line with the latest marketing and design techniques
Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications, reviewing material to maintain a high-quality assurance
Work closely with the design team to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency on all external campaign rollouts
Qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design
Fluent Arabic and English speaker and writer
Minimum 2 years of Graphic Design experience
Worked in theme parks, attractions or entertainment venues
Worked in the UAE or GCC countries in a marketing environment
Experience with developing creative solutions for regional or global brands
Assertive and approachable personality
Proficient in taking instruction, reading and understanding Creative Briefs
Solid understanding of brand development and design
Expert in computer graphics software for the development of all art, photo, video and layout designs
Resourceful, pro-active and innovative thinker and highly deadline driven
Ability to navigate a busy and challenging environment
Solid attention to detail and deep organizational skills
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
You will need to be willing to travel between UAE and Jordan frequently
