Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Junior Creative Designer. The Junior Creative Designer will work on concept to production, to completion, for use in print, digital, and social media. The Junior Creative Designer will collaborate with different teams to develop new marketing ideas and concepts, create designs that align with our brand values and guidelines, and ensure all designs are of high quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
One or two years’ experience in design, ideally with a focus on branding, print materials, and digital design.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and a solid understanding of design software and technologies
Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into stunning designs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to take feedback constructively and explain design decisions and concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to follow brand guidelines to ensure designs meet corporate standards
Knowledge of printing processes and materials
Experience with video editing software
Experience in food or beverage industry is a plus
Job description
Create Marketing Material for each client as per client requirements
Send and collect marketing from printers
Develop concepts and layouts for product illustrations
Create newsletter and product brochure layouts
Create new product images
Create social media content as per Senior Creative Designer requirements
Streamline existing marketing requirements and approval process
Meet deadlines given
Work with Senior Creative Designer to rebrand existing logo and marketing material
Ability to work with arabic language in terms of design
